My 6-week programme is designed to support those who need bit more help than just “here’s a food plan, go follow it.” Our food choices are dictated by complex behaviour traits and beliefs which can be affected by situations and emotions. During the 6-week programme we will explore why you eat the way you eat, identify the root cause(s) of under- or over-eating, and identify the best way to improve your relationship with food. Everything we do will have your health in mind. Food planning & dietary advice will focus on ensuring you are healthy and happy. 

Most of my clients start with the 6-week programme, whether they are coming to me with a simple weight loss goal, have a medical issue that is triggered by certain foods, or struggle with emotional eating/under eating.  Consultations & check-ins can be face-to-face or via zoom, so you can be anywhere in the world and still benefit!

After the initial 6-weeks, if you would like further coaching, you may move onto my monthly coaching pack.

The main purpose of online coaching is for accountability. We all have goals, and it is easy to sometimes de-prioritise these, but this can lead to a downward spiral that leaves you feeling unhappy and out of control.

During the initial consultation, we fill focus on your goals, what and how you normally eat, and other lifestyle factors that can affect eating behaviour. From there, I will write you a personal food plan and specific dietary advice. Every week, we will check-in (via Whatsapp or phone call) to assess your progress. I will advise on any relevant changes and support you through any challenges you may be facing.

You can add exercise/training into this. Alex, my husband & highly experienced personal trainer, will write you a training programme to suit your goals, time available to train, and access to equipment/gym facilities. Check-ins will be as normal, but additional advice will be given where exercise/training needs to be changed.
